Email is the fastest way to reach us. One address, support@redpixel.club, covers support, orders, privacy, legal notices and content reports.
1.Support
Email support@redpixel.club. We reply within 2 business days. A person reads and answers every message. You can write in English or Portuguese.
Generation opens to everyone at launch. If you already have an account, we will email you when it opens, so there is no need to write to ask about it.
2.What to include
To help us answer in one reply, include what applies:
- the email address of your RED PIXEL account, and send from that address if you can;
- the link to the project, if your question is about one (copy it from your browser’s address bar while the project is open);
- for a payment question, the order or receipt number from the email you got after paying;
- what happened, roughly when, and a screenshot if it helps.
If a model returns an error, the credits for that action come back automatically. If a run fails in another way and your credits did not come back, contact us with the project link and the time of the run, and we restore them.
Never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
3.Orders, receipts and refunds
Orders are sold by RENDER CAMP Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda; payments are processed by Stripe.
- After you pay, Stripe emails your receipt and we email you an order confirmation with the order reference.
- For any question about an order or a payment, write to us.
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days by emailing us, with or without the model withdrawal form. If you have a monthly plan, you can cancel it at any time by email; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. How refunds, withdrawal and cancellation work is explained in Refunds and withdrawal.
Credit purchases open at launch. Until then nothing can be bought; this section describes how orders will work.
4.Business buyers
Buying for a VAT-registered business in the EU? Checkout is set up for consumer purchases, and prices include VAT. Email us your company name and VAT number before you buy, and we will tell you the options.
5.Privacy requests
To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to close your account, email us. If you have an account, write from its email address so we can confirm the request is yours; otherwise we may ask you for the information we need to confirm who you are. We answer within one month; where the law allows us to take longer, we tell you why. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and your rights.
6.Legal notices and authorities
Legal notices, and messages from authorities under the EU Digital Services Act, go to the same address: support@redpixel.club. Our company details, the Digital Services Act points of contact, complaints and dispute resolution are in the Legal notice.
7.Report content
To report content that you believe is illegal or that breaks our Acceptable use rules, follow the steps on Report content. You do not need an account.
