Product

What is RED PIXEL?

RED PIXEL is a node canvas for AI images. You drop a render, screenshot or photo onto the canvas, add cards such as Image Generator, Camera Angles, Inpaint or People Enhancement, and wire them together, so the result of one card feeds the next. Each run sends your pictures and prompt to the AI model you choose, and the results appear on the canvas next to the card that made them.

It is built for architects, 3D visualizers, interior designers, marketers and filmmakers: photoreal frames from a screenshot, new camera angles of the same space, people that look real, and story frames from a single shot. Every action shows its price in credits before you run it. The Models page lists the AI models you can use and what each is good for.

RED PIXEL is a trading name of RENDER CAMP Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda, a company registered in Portugal.

Is RED PIXEL live?

RED PIXEL is in early access. You can create an account now, free of charge. Until launch, generation and uploads are limited to our own team account and to members we have invited to our closed beta.

Generation, uploads and credit purchases open on launch day, and we’ll email you when they do. There is nothing to pay before then.

What can I make with it?

Each card on the canvas does one job, and you can chain them:

  • Image Generator — describe a picture, or start from a render, screenshot or photo as the scene. Wire in photos of people or objects as references, each with an optional label such as “Anna — face”.
  • Camera Angles — one photo of a space becomes a set of close, medium and wide shots, with the cinema camera and lens you choose. Camera Angles 2 does the same with photographic camera looks and focal lengths. A Director, an AI model, writes the prompt for each shot.
  • Editorial Shots — your interior with up to 6 people in it, as wide, medium and intimate lifestyle photographs.
  • Story — from one shot, the Director writes a short story and renders every scene against the original.
  • Six Emotions — one portrait becomes six expressions on the model you pick. Download the whole sheet or each face.
  • Character Generator — design a person click by click, without typing a prompt, and render them on the model you pick.
  • Inpaint — paint over any part of a photo up to 40 megapixels and say what goes there; only that area is repainted, with a soft edge. Each change is a layer you can hide, fade or remove, with undo and redo.
  • People Enhancement — finds the people in a render, makes them look real and puts them back into the full picture, all from one button.
  • Upscale and Downscale — a bigger picture for print, a lighter file for the web (see upscaling and downscaling).

What each action costs is on Pricing, and which models each card can use is on Models.

Which AI models can I use?

The Models page lists the AI models available now, who makes each one and what it is good for. We add models over time, and that page always shows the current list.

Every card that renders a picture has a model picker, and the price on its button follows the model, the size and the number of pictures you send. If a model stops being offered, the results you made with it stay on your canvas; pick another model to run the card again.

Do I need my own API keys?

No. Generation runs on our own accounts with the model providers, and you pay for it in credits. You don’t need an account with OpenAI, Google or any other model provider, and you don’t enter any API keys.

Which devices and browsers does it work on?

The current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox. There is nothing to install. On a computer you work with a mouse or trackpad.

On an iPad or another tablet you can do everything by finger: one finger moves the canvas, two fingers zoom, and the + button or a long press on the canvas adds a card. On a phone you can do the basics — open your projects, add and run cards, and view and download results — but bigger projects are easier on a larger screen.

Using the canvas

What can I upload?

JPG, PNG or WebP images, up to 60 MB each, uploaded at full resolution. Drag files onto the canvas, paste a picture from your clipboard, or click an Image card to upload. You can drop several files at once, and each one becomes its own Image card.

Only upload images you have the right to use, and photos of people only with their consent (see Acceptable use). Until launch, uploads are open only to our own team account and to members we have invited to our closed beta; for everyone else they open together with generation on launch day.

Where do my results appear?

Each time you run an Image Generator, Character Generator, Upscale or Downscale card, the result lands on a new card beside it, and your earlier results stay as they were. The card says what it was made with (the model, size and prompt), what it cost and how long it took. “Use these settings” puts them back on the card that made it, so you can change one thing and run it again.

Camera Angles, Editorial Shots and Story lay out their shots as a grid of cards, Six Emotions cuts its sheet into six picture cards, and Inpaint keeps every change as a layer of its photo. Any result can be wired into the next card like any other picture.

Can a run spend credits without asking me?

No. Every paid button shows its price in credits before you click it, and the credits are taken only when the run starts.

When one click runs several cards in a row — for example a card that needs the card before it to render first, or Camera Angles when its Director writes the shots before rendering them — RED PIXEL first lists every step with its price and the total, and starts only when you confirm. If a step would cost more by the time its turn comes, it asks you again.

If a model returns an error, the credits for that step come back automatically (see What if a render fails?).

Can I upscale a picture, or make the file smaller?

Yes. The Upscale card enlarges a picture to 3K–6K on its long side. Its Sharp mode is free: a clean enlargement that adds no detail. A mode that redraws detail with an AI model is priced by the size of the result, and the card shows the price for your picture before you run it.

The Downscale card is free and uses no AI: it resizes the picture by its long edge, width, height or a percentage, and saves it as JPEG, PNG or (in most browsers) WebP at the quality you choose. It shows the new file’s size before you keep it, and it never enlarges a picture.

Both open a before-and-after view, so you can compare the result with the original.

How are downloaded files named?

Every card that shows a picture has a Download button. Each file’s name starts with redpixelclub_ and ends with what the file is — a render’s number, an inpaint edit, an upscale, or a Downscale’s size and quality, such as _downscale-2048px-q82.jpg — so a folder of results stays readable.

How do I get help or report a bug?

On a project’s canvas, use the “Report a problem” button in the bottom-right corner: say what happened and add up to 3 screenshots. We also send the page, your browser and recent errors. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what a report contains.

For anything else — your account, a payment or a question — email support@redpixel.club. We reply within 2 business days.

Credits and billing

Credit purchases are not open yet. These answers describe how purchases work once they open at launch.

What is a credit?

Credits are how you pay for actions in RED PIXEL: renders, upscales and prompt writing. Every button shows its price in credits before you click it, and the credits are taken when the action starts. Some actions, such as dictation, the Sharp upscale and Downscale, are free.

1,000 credits cost €10.45 in the smallest pack; larger packs and plans give you more credits per euro.

Credits are prepaid units for this service only. They are not money, electronic money, a currency or a virtual currency. They have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money, except for the refunds described on Refunds and withdrawal. They belong to your account and can’t be transferred or sold.

How much do credits cost?

Credit packs (one-time purchases):

  • €10.45 for 1,000 credits (€10.45 per 1,000)
  • €26.05 for 2,550 credits (€10.22 per 1,000)
  • €52.30 for 5,150 credits (€10.16 per 1,000)
  • €104.70 for 10,350 credits (€10.12 per 1,000)

Monthly plans (renew automatically every month until you cancel): At launch

  • Start: €10.20 a month for 1,000 credits each month (your first month €6.45, once per account)
  • Creator: €29.50 a month for 3,200 credits each month
  • Pro: €89 a month for 10,200 credits each month
  • Studio: €155.05 a month for 19,000 credits each month

Yearly plans (billed once a year, renew automatically every year until you cancel; their credits are added every month): At launch

  • Start: €99 a year for 1,000 credits each month
  • Creator: €290 a year for 3,200 credits each month
  • Pro: €890 a year for 10,200 credits each month
  • Studio: €1,547 a year for 19,000 credits each month

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT or sales tax where applicable. What each action costs in credits is listed on Pricing, and the app shows the exact price before you run anything.

These are our launch prices. Purchases open on launch day.

How long do credits last?

Credits from a pack are valid for 24 months from the date you bought that pack. Each purchase has its own date.

Credits that come with a monthly plan are valid until the end of the billing period they were issued for. Then they expire.

A yearly plan adds its credits every month; each month’s credits are valid until the end of that month.

Credits we grant in a promotion are valid for the period we state when we grant them. Beta credits are explained under What are beta credits?

Which credits are used first?

The credits that expire soonest are used first. So the credits of your current plan period are usually used before pack credits, and credits from an older pack before those from a newer one.

What if a render fails?

If a model returns an error, the credits for that action come back automatically, and the card shows how many came back. Its Retry button runs the same settings again, at the price shown on the button. If a run fails in another way and your credits did not come back, contact us at support@redpixel.club and we restore them.

A result that works but that you don’t like is not a failure, and its credits are not refunded. You can change the prompt or settings and run the step again.

Can I get a refund?

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. We refund the part of the price that matches the credits from that purchase you have not used: price paid × unused credits ÷ credits in the purchase. For example, if you bought 2,550 credits for €26.05 and used 600, you get back €19.92. For a monthly plan, this applies to your first billing period. The right ends once all credits of that purchase have been used.

The quickest way: the “Withdraw from contract here” button next to the purchase on your Credits page (Invoices). Or email support@redpixel.club before the 14 days end. Include your account email and say which purchase you are withdrawing from (its date and amount, or the order number). You can also use the model withdrawal form on Refunds and withdrawal. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used.

Failed generations are refunded in credits, as described here. Results you don’t like are not refunded.

Do unused plan credits roll over?

No. Credits included in a plan are valid until the end of the billing period they come with. Whatever is left then expires, and the next period starts with the plan’s new credits. If you need credits that last longer, buy a pack: pack credits are valid for 24 months.

How do I cancel a plan?

Email support@redpixel.club from the address on your account and ask us to cancel your plan. You can cancel at any time, and we confirm the cancellation by email.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (for a yearly plan, the end of the paid year): the plan does not renew, and you can use its credits until then. We don’t refund part of a period unless the law requires it, for example when you withdraw within 14 days of starting the plan (see Refunds and withdrawal).

If we change a plan’s price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

What are beta credits?

Members we invite to our closed beta get free beta credits when they redeem their invite code. They are promotional credits: they are valid for the period stated when the code is redeemed (30 days for our first beta group), they are used before any credits you buy, and whatever is unused at the end of that period is removed. Credits you buy are never affected, and free credits are not refunded.

You redeem an invite code when you create your account, or later in Settings under “Have an invite code?”.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT or sales tax where applicable. Checkout shows the total, including tax, before you pay.

Orders are sold by RENDER CAMP Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda; payments are processed by Stripe.

Why does checkout show another currency?

Our prices are set in euros. Checkout may show the equivalent amount in your local currency, converted at checkout; you can choose to pay in EUR instead. If you pay in euros from an account in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fees.

What will my card statement show?

The charge appears as REDPIXEL.

If you don’t recognize a charge, email support@redpixel.club before you dispute it with your bank. We’ll look it up and help.

Who sends my receipt?

Stripe emails your receipt right after payment, and we email you an order confirmation with your right of withdrawal. Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment goes through. Orders are sold by RENDER CAMP Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda; payments are processed by Stripe.

I’m a business with an EU VAT number. How do I buy?

Checkout is set up for consumer purchases, and prices include VAT. If you are buying for a VAT-registered business in the EU, write to us before you buy with your company name and VAT number, and we’ll tell you the options. See Contact.

Can I transfer credits?

No. Credits belong to the account they were issued to. They can’t be moved to another account or sold, and they are not paid out, except for the refunds described on Refunds and withdrawal.

What happens to my credits if I close my account?

Unused credits are not paid out when you close your account; they lapse with it. Ask us before closing — if you bought as a consumer and are within the withdrawal period, we refund the part of the price that matches the unused credits of that purchase (see Refunds and withdrawal). If you have a plan, we cancel it so it doesn’t renew.

If we ever shut RED PIXEL down, we give you at least 30 days’ notice and refund the unused paid credits pro rata.

Your work

Who owns what I make?

You keep all the rights you have in what you upload. The results you generate are yours: we assign to you any rights we may have in them.

Two limits apply to AI results in general. They may not be protected by copyright in every country, and a model can produce similar results for other people, so they may not be unique.

There is no public gallery. We don’t publish your work, and we don’t use it to promote RED PIXEL without your permission.

Can I use outputs commercially?

Yes. You can use your results for client work, marketing, publications and products, whether your credits came from a pack or a plan. You are responsible for making that use lawful: you need the rights to the images you upload, the consent of the people shown, permission for any logos or brands, and in some cases a note that an image is AI-generated (see AI marking and photos of real people).

Do you train on my images?

No. We don’t use your uploads, prompts or results to train AI models, and OpenAI, Google (paid Gemini API) and Runware state that they don’t train on them either. We haven’t yet confirmed that the model makers Runware passes some requests on to (Google, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, and Kuaishou) don’t train on what they receive through it, so we don’t promise that for them. Providers may keep what we send them under their own terms, for example to monitor abuse. The Models page and the Privacy Policy list who receives what, and what each provider keeps.

Are outputs marked as AI-generated?

Everything RED PIXEL generates is AI-generated.

Images from OpenAI models may carry provenance metadata (C2PA) added by OpenAI. Later steps in a workflow, such as inpainting, compositing or upscaling, may remove it, so don’t rely on it being there.

Don’t remove or alter these marks. If you publish realistic images of people, places or events that could be taken for real (deepfakes), EU law requires you to disclose that they are AI-generated.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete single projects yourself in My Workspace at any time. Deleting a project removes it from your workspace; its image files stay in storage until you delete your account or ask us to remove them. To delete your whole account, email support@redpixel.club from the address on your account. We confirm the request and delete your account, projects, uploads and results within one month at the latest.

Download anything you want to keep first; deletion can’t be undone. We keep purchase and credit records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. The Privacy Policy has the details, including backups. If you have unused credits from a recent purchase, see what happens to your credits first.

Rules

What content isn’t allowed?

Among other things, you may not upload or create:

  • sexual or nude content of any kind, including AI-generated content;
  • anything that sexualizes minors;
  • images of real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes and impersonation;
  • manipulated images of public figures or events presented as real;
  • hate, harassment, violent extremism or glorified violence;
  • election disinformation;
  • content that infringes copyright, trademarks or someone’s privacy;
  • content that promotes illegal goods or services, or self-harm.

The model providers’ usage policies apply as well. If content breaks these rules, we may remove it, suspend generation or close the account, and we may report serious cases to the authorities. We tell you why, and you can ask a person to review the decision. The full rules are in Acceptable use. To report content, see Report content.

Can I use photos of real people?

Yes, if the people shown agreed. You need the consent of everyone identifiable in the photos you upload — including the people in a client’s photos and in the photos you wire into the Image Generator as references — and the right to use the photos themselves. Editorial Shots, People Enhancement, Inpaint and Six Emotions are for people you have the right to depict. Never use them to create sexual content of anyone, to pass yourself off as someone else, or to make it look as if a real person did something they didn’t. The full rules are in Acceptable use.

What happens if a request is refused?

The model providers run their own safety systems and may refuse a request. An image model’s refusal comes back as an error, and when a model returns an error the credits for that action come back automatically.

Our team reviews reports of content that breaks our rules and acts on them. If we act on your content or account, we tell you why, and you can reply or email support@redpixel.club to have a person review the decision.
