Report content
RED PIXEL stores the images and projects its users upload and create. If you believe any of it is illegal, or breaks our rules, tell us. You do not need an account, and a person reviews every report.
1.What you can report
- Content you believe is illegal in the EU or in an EU country.
- Content that breaks our Acceptable use rules, even if it is not illegal.
- Content that infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property. See Intellectual property complaints for the extra details we need.
RED PIXEL has no public gallery or public profiles, so you are most likely to come across content stored with us through an image link someone shared. If you are not sure whether an image is stored with us, send its address anyway and we will check. If you found an image on another website, report it to that website as well.
For a problem with your account, a payment or a refund, write to support instead (see Contact).
If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (112 in the EU).
2.What to include
- Why the content is illegal or breaks our rules. Explain it clearly enough for us to assess it, and name the law or rule if you can.
- Its exact location. The full web address of the image, or the project link (it starts with www.redpixel.club/workflows/). Give every address if there is more than one item.
- Your name and email address. These are optional if your report concerns child sexual abuse material.
- A good-faith statement. Copy this sentence into your report: “I believe in good faith that the information and allegations in this report are accurate and complete.”
To report a shared board, include its share link (for example https://redpixel.club/b/board-name-k7q2…). If the link has a # sign in it, send only the part before the # — the part after it is the link’s secret.
We look at reported links ourselves. If a board breaks the law or our rules, we turn its link off and tell the board’s owner why; nothing is deleted.
Do not send us copies of child sexual abuse material, not even as evidence. Send only where it is. You can also report such material anonymously to the hotline in your country; the INHOPE network lists them at inhope.org.
3.How to send a report
Email support@redpixel.club with the subject “Content report”, or use this link: write a content report. You can write in English or Portuguese.
We use the details in your report to handle it. We share them with the account holder only where strictly necessary (for example your name in an intellectual property complaint), and with the police or other authorities where the law requires it. The Privacy Policy explains how we treat personal data.
4.Intellectual property complaints
Include everything listed above, and also:
- the work, trademark or other right you believe is infringed, for example a link to the original or a registration number;
- whether you own the right or act for its owner, and if you act for the owner, who the owner is.
To handle an intellectual property complaint we may need to share your name and the complaint with the account holder so they can respond.
5.What happens next
- If you gave us an email address, we confirm without undue delay that we received your report.
- A person reviews it. If we need more information, we ask you. If the content is illegal or breaks our rules, we remove it or block access to it, and we may restrict the account, as described in Acceptable use.
- If you gave us an email address, we tell you our decision and whether we used automated tools to process your report.
- If we remove or restrict content, the account that uploaded or made it receives a statement of reasons: what we did, why, and how to contest it. We do not tell that person who sent the report unless it is strictly necessary, for example to handle an intellectual property complaint.
If a report suggests a crime that threatens someone’s life or safety, we inform the police or other competent authorities promptly.
If you disagree with our decision, reply to our email and a person will look at it again. You can also take the matter to court.
