2.Points of contact under the Digital Services Act
Under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) we have a single point of contact for authorities and a single point of contact for the people who use RED PIXEL. Both use the same address.

3.Complaints
You can write to us first at support@redpixel.club. You can also file a complaint about our service in Portugal’s official electronic complaints book, which sends it to us and to the competent public authority: Livro de Reclamações (complaints book).
4.Consumer dispute resolution
If you are a consumer, you can take a dispute with us of up to €5,000 to consumer arbitration, and we will take part. You can use:
- CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (www.cniacc.pt), the national center, which handles disputes that no regional center covers;
- a regional consumer arbitration center, depending on where you live. All approved centers are listed at www.consumidor.gov.pt.
Arbitration is your choice: you can go to court instead.
5.Payments
Credits are sold by RENDER CAMP Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda, which is responsible for the sale and for the VAT included in the price. Payments are processed by Stripe; RED PIXEL never sees or stores your card number. After payment, Stripe emails your receipt and we email you an order confirmation.
Credit purchases are not open yet. They open when RED PIXEL launches; until then nothing is sold on this site.
6.Website and hosting
The website www.redpixel.club and the RED PIXEL service are operated by RENDER CAMP Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States).
